A simple ham and egg roll turned into something much more, a full meal in fact in one roll. Wrap it in cling wrap (Saran wrap) and take it with you. Just like “Subway” for a bodybuilder…
Often you will find normal everyday snacks that can be turned into a bodybuilders full meal with a little imagination. This is one such idea.
A common bacon and egg roll added to, modified and transformed (Got to make it sound snazzy, if I said we were going to eat egg whites on bread you wouldn’t even look at the recipe).
So I removed the fatty bacon, added some low fat ham, and egg whites, and replaced the cheese with low fat cottage cheese and we still end up with a tasty ‘sandwich’ but with less fat and more protein.
Perfect for the hard training athlete.
