Ingredients

Step by step method

  • Put maida, semolina, salt, and ghee in a vessel and mix well. Knead with the help of water as required.

  • Cover the kneaded mixture and leave it for half an hour.

  • Add the peas, cottage cheese, coconut mixture, carom seeds, salt, and lemon juice to a pan and mix well

  • Heat oil in a pan.

  • Cut a small portion of the dough and roll it whole using a little oil. Do not use dry flour for rolling. Put a little pea mixture in the center of the puri. Fold the whole into the shape of a half-moon.

  • Thoroughly seal the edges. Prepare Matar gujiya with all the flour. Pour in hot oil and fry until golden. Serve hot
