Try the spicy Matar gujiya with tea, this recipe is so easy
Put maida, semolina, salt, and ghee in a vessel and mix well. Knead with the help of water as required.
Cover the kneaded mixture and leave it for half an hour.

Add the peas, cottage cheese, coconut mixture, carom seeds, salt, and lemon juice to a pan and mix well
Heat oil in a pan.
Cut a small portion of the dough and roll it whole using a little oil. Do not use dry flour for rolling. Put a little pea mixture in the center of the puri. Fold the whole into the shape of a half-moon.
Thoroughly seal the edges. Prepare Matar gujiya with all the flour. Pour in hot oil and fry until golden. Serve hot
