Mohan Bhog is an Indian dessert. Hindus make it on their special festivals. It is considered a pure dessert that is very easy to make and also tasty.
Put water, milk, sugar, saffron and cardamom powder in a pan and cook on low heat till the sugar dissolves.
Heat the ghee in the pan and fry the semolina till it becomes golden.
Now slowly pour the milk mixture into the pan.
Cook by mixing the mixture continuously on low heat.
Cook the semolina until the semolina stops sticking in the pan.
Turn off the heat and cover the pan for at least two minutes.
Heat a spoonful of ghee in a small pan and fry cashews and raisins in it till they become golden.
Add roasted dry fruits to Mohan Bhog and serve.
