Vegetarian Tikka Masala (cauliflower or gobi masala) is the perfect Indian dish for vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. There’s so much flavor in this Indian cauliflower recipe! Cauliflower Tikka Masala is such an amazing dish. It’s pieces of roasted cauliflower mixed into a tomato-based curry, served with basmati rice and naan bread.
Smooth blend the yoghurt ,chopped ginger, garlic and onions into a blender.
Add the lemon juice, salt and Pepper and mix well.
Add the spices, coriander leaves and blend all until nicely mixed.
Heat the butter in a pan and melt until the butter starts slightly bubbling, add the blended ingredients into it.
Make the cardamom pods into powder form and add to the sauce.
Add vegetables, mix gently and add the rest of the Coriander leaves.
Cook on low heat till the vegetables are done.
Enjoy Vegetable Tikka Masala with white rice and naan’s.
