Vegetarian Tikka Masala (cauliflower or gobi masala) is the perfect Indian dish for vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. There’s so much flavor in this Indian cauliflower recipe! Cauliflower Tikka Masala is such an amazing dish. It’s pieces of roasted cauliflower mixed into a tomato-based curry, served with basmati rice and naan bread.

Ingredients

Step by step method

  • Smooth blend the yoghurt ,chopped ginger, garlic and onions into a blender.

  • Add the lemon juice, salt and Pepper and mix well.

  • Add the spices, coriander leaves and blend all until nicely mixed.

  • Heat the butter in a pan and melt until the butter starts slightly bubbling, add the blended ingredients into it.

  • Make the cardamom pods into powder form and add to the sauce.

  • Add vegetables, mix gently and add the rest of the Coriander leaves.

  • Cook on low heat till the vegetables are done.

  • Enjoy Vegetable Tikka Masala with white rice and naan’s.
